Below, we’ve answered some of the most common questions we receive to guide you confidently through the booking process.
How far in advance should I book my wedding at Ivory Meadows?
We recommend booking your date 12 to 18 months in advance, especially if you’re planning a spring or fall wedding, which tend to be our most popular seasons. However, we occasionally have last-minute openings, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your timeline is shorter. The best way to start is by scheduling a private tour through our website so you can explore the space and discuss available dates with our team.
What wedding packages do you offer?
Ivory Meadows offers a range of packages designed to meet different needs and levels of support. All packages include access to one of our experienced in-house wedding coordinators, beginning 75 days before your event. From Package A, which includes essential coordination services, to Package D, our most comprehensive option featuring linens, decor, setup/teardown, and extra enhancements, there’s flexibility to choose what fits your vision. We also offer a Micro Wedding Package for more intimate celebrations with up to 30 guests.
Do we have to use your in-house wedding coordinator?
Yes. We require all couples to work with one of our in-house coordinators, and we believe it’s one of the best decisions you’ll make for your wedding. Our coordinators know the venue inside and out, manage your wedding day timeline, coordinate with vendors, oversee setup, and handle any unexpected challenges—all so you can relax and enjoy your day without distractions. We can also service brides that would like full-planning, just reach out to us for an estimate for full-planning!
How many guests can Ivory Meadows accommodate?
Our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to host both intimate and large-scale weddings. We can accommodate up to 300 guests in our spacious barn and outdoor ceremony locations, but we also offer options that feel comfortable and special for smaller gatherings.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes, you are welcome to choose your own vendors. The only exception is bartending—we require couples to use our preferred bartending company to ensure compliance with venue policies. Our coordinators are happy to help with vendor logistics and recommendations during your planning process. Caterers do have to be approved prior to booking them for your event.
What happens if the weather changes?
Ivory Meadows offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, including a beautifully designed barn and a covered patio with climate control. If weather becomes an issue, our team is experienced in quickly transitioning plans to ensure your day runs smoothly, no matter the conditions.

Are there accommodations nearby?
Yes. There are a variety of lodging options close to the venue, including the Ivory House by the Meadows (just across the road), boutique inns, hotels, and vacation rentals. This makes it easy to turn your wedding into a full weekend celebration.
How do I schedule a tour and reserve my date?
You can book a tour directly through our website. Once you’ve toured the space and selected your package, you’ll receive a contract and booking form. A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to secure your date, with flexible payment plans available.
