We are a family-owned venue, and we run things the way you would expect a family to. With care, with attention, and with a real interest in who you are as a couple. From the first tour to the final song of your reception, you will work with people who actually know your name, your story, and your timeline.

Meet Us

Maria Waymire

Owner & Founder

Maria and her husband Chris are the owners of Ivory Meadows. What you see today started as a dream more than 20 years ago, one that came to life through patience, intention, and a great deal of hard work. Their journey officially started in the fall of 2020 when they broke ground, and by July 2021, they hosted their very first wedding. Since then, Ivory Meadows has been the setting for nearly 350 weddings. While the venue was designed to be beautiful, its purpose goes far beyond aesthetics. It was created to be a place where people feel genuinely cared for. Maria is incredibly proud of what has been built, but it is the dedicated team behind the scenes who truly bring the space to life each and every wedding day, with heart and intention.

Her favorite moment on a wedding day is the bride’s first look with her dad. It is one of those quietly emotional moments that carries so much weight and meaning, and it never stops feeling truly special. Being able to live out this dream alongside such wonderful clients and an amazing team is something Maria will never take for granted.

Audrey Kaser

Chief Operating Officer, Part Owner & Lead Coordinator

Audrey has been part of the Ivory Meadows team for four years, and her passion for creating unforgettable wedding days shines through in everything she does. Her favorite moments? The bride’s emotional first looks with her dad and her groom, and that just-married glow right after the ceremony, when all the nerves finally melt away. And if you ask her what never gets old, it is the moment right before the bride walks down the aisle. Instant chills, every time.

Right now, Audrey is loving the romantic trend of candlesticks paired with soft pastel colors. At our venue, we believe your only job on your wedding day is to enjoy it. Let us handle the stress while we support you behind the scenes and ensure your day is nothing short of incredible. It goes by so quickly, so soak it all in and remember that every detail is simply a reflection of you and a celebration of your love. What Audrey loves most about her role is building genuine relationships with our couples, often turning into lasting friendships, which makes each wedding even more special.

Chanel Betts

Event Operations Coordinator, Event Manager

Chanel serves as our Operations Event Manager, playing a key role in ensuring every wedding day runs seamlessly. She oversees event staffing, making sure each celebration is fully supported, while also managing our in-house décor inventory. She has been part of our team for almost two years, and she recently stepped into a coordinator role as well.
Her favorite part of a wedding day is watching a couple’s vision come to life after months of planning. Fair warning: she will cry every time the bride walks down the aisle, especially when she sees the groom’s reaction.

Right now, she is loving all things florals and cannot get enough of spaces filled with beautiful arrangements. Her best advice for couples? Take a few quiet minutes together before the reception to soak it all in. And most importantly, have fun.
