Ivory Meadows requires all couples to book one of the following wedding packages:

Package A

Package A Includes:

Full access with your coordinator 60 days out

Package B

Package B Includes:

Coordinator (60 days days out)

Ivory Meadows Decor-full access to everything in our decor closet from easels, runners, table numbers, candlesticks, votives, signage and much more! We set all your decorations up and pack them away at the end of the night to take the stress off you and your families!

Package C

Package C Includes:

Coordinator (60 days from your wedding!)

Ivory Meadows Decor-full access to our decor closet with Ivory Meadows’ team setting up and cleaning up all decor

All Table Linens (white, black, or ivory) + Linen Napkins (choose from a variety of colors)

Team members to cut your cake

Package D Includes:

Coordinator (60 days days out)

Micro Weddings

Micro Weddings Includes:

For those planning more intimate gatherings, we offer our Micro-Wedding Package. Enjoy exclusive access to the venue for three hours, accommodating a maximum of 30 guests. Available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings or afternoons, the package includes a wedding cake, music, bridal bouquet, boutonniere, 4 linens and officiant. $2250

BARTENDING

PICK YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE

Ivory Meadows requires the use of our preferred bartending company. Choose from our three bartending package options outlined below. All Packages include ice, cocktail napkins, 12 oz plastic cups, and stir straws. Add-on packages are available for garnishes, mixers, coffee, and sodas.
