What's Included In My Rental?
Tables & seating
- 300 white resin chairs (outside ceremony) and 300 dark natural wood cross back chairs (indoors only)
- 20 60-inch round tables, 25 8 ft. rectangle tables, 2 8ft. wooden farmhouse tables, 2 10ft. wooden farmhouse tables, and 1 5ft. wooden farmhouse table, 1 48” round table
- 10 cocktail tables
Staff & coordination
- Complete set up and tear down of tables and chairs for ceremony and reception
- Wedding event manager & assistant all day
- Security officer for the evening (if alcohol is served, stays in the parking lot)
- Rehearsals are held on Thursdays at 5, 6, or 7 pm. Some rehearsals can be held the day before if there is not a wedding
- Complimentary access to our wedding planning software
Venue & facilities
- Rental of the entire venue for 14 hours, 9 am to 11 pm
- Spacious bridal and groom suites complete with private bathrooms, wet bars, and TVs
- Full catering kitchen
- Climate controlled throughout
- Backup generator that operates the entire venue

- Multiple outdoor ceremony locations
- Approximately 2-acre wildflower field
- Spacious covered patio with white glass overhead garage doors which offer protection from the inclement weather; radiant heat is available during the winter months for cocktail hour

Decor Package, All-Inclusive Package, cake cutting, and linen rentals are all optional add-ons.
Good to know
Event liability insurance required ($175 via Vensura). Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) are +$500. We don’t book Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, or New Year’s Eve. Any event over a 240-guest count is an additional $250

Micro Weddings
For those planning more intimate gatherings, we offer our Micro-Wedding Package. Enjoy exclusive access to the venue for three hours, accommodating a maximum of 30 guests. Available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings or afternoons, the package includes a wedding cake, music, bridal bouquet, boutonniere, 4 linens and officiant. $2250
