What's Included
In my rental?
- 300 white resin chairs (outside ceremony) and 300 dark natural wood cross back chairs (indoors only)
- Complete set up and tear down of tables and chairs for ceremony and reception
- Twenty 60-inch round tables, twenty-five 8 ft. rectangle tables, two 8ft. wooden farmhouse tables, two 10ft. wooden farmhouse tables, and one 5ft. wooden farmhouse table, one 48” round table
- 10 cocktail tables
- Wedding event manager & assistant all day
- Rental of the entire venue for 13 hours, 10 am to 11 pm
- Security officer for the evening (if alcohol is served, stays in the parking lot)
- Spacious bridal and groom suites complete with private bathrooms, wet bars, and TVs
- Spacious catering kitchen
- Climate controlled
- 1-hour rehearsal the day before your event (if the venue is not occupied); Other arrangements can be made if the venue is unavailable the day before your event
- 2 custom portable wooden bars for your bartending needs inside and outside
- Outdoor options for outside ceremony
- Choice of 5 arbors
- Complimentary access to our wedding planning software
- Spacious covered patio with glass overhead garage doors which offer protection from the inclement weather; radiant heat is available during the winter months for cocktail hour

- Approximately 2-acre wildflower field
- Beautiful restored antique sleigh for a photo prop for winter weddings (black with ivory seat)

- Access to the property for engagement photos
- Optional add-ons include our Decor Package, All-Inclusive Package, cake cutting, and linen rentals
- Ivory Meadows requires the use of our coordinators (included in all our packages).
- Newly added white glass garage doors on our patio
- Backup generator that operates the entire venue
- We require our couples to purchase event liability insurance ($175) through Vensura
- Additional $500.00 charge for Holiday weekends. This is Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends. (Fri., Sat., Sun.)
- We do not book Easter or Thanksgiving weekends, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Or New Year’s Eve.

For those planning more intimate gatherings, we offer our Micro-Wedding Package. Enjoy exclusive access to the venue for three hours, accommodating a maximum of 30 guests. Available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings or afternoons, the package includes a wedding cake, music, bridal bouquet, boutonniere, 4 linens and officiant. $2250
- Holidays included are 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day
- Holiday weekends are an additional $500 with Fridays and Sundays pricing the same
- Any event over a 240-guest count is an additional $250
