  • Feel relaxed knowing our team will securely pack away all decor items at the end of the night, reducing stress for you and your family

    • MICRO-WEDDING SERVICES

    For those envisioning a more intimate celebration, our micro-wedding package is designed for up to 30 guests and spans three hours at our charming venue. This package includes a wedding cake, music, bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and officiant, making sure your small gathering is both special and memorable.

    Available on Tuesday mornings or afternoons, it offers a perfect setting for treasured moments with your closest friends and family at one of Springfield’s most enchanting wedding venues in Xenia.

    BARTENDING SERVICES

    Ivory Meadows mandates the use of our designated bartending company. Select from our three bartending package options detailed below. Every package includes ice, cocktail napkins, 12 oz plastic cups, and stir straws. Additional packages can be added for garnishes, mixers, and sodas.

  • 1 - 100 guests - 1 bartender
  • 101 - 200 guests - 2 bartenders
